Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Our staff is entirely made up of people who grew up between the sea and the mountains of this beautiful land. We will respond to all your curiosities about the place or the structure, and with our advice we will make your experience in the 5 Terre extraordinary; please contact us! The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

It overlooks the seafront of Portovenere with the "Arenella" beach, bus stop in front of the house, a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the departure of the boats for the 5 Terre and the Palmaria island. Paved in teak, equipped with large living room with equipped kitchenette, terrace with sea view, TV, 4 beds, kettle, microwave, 2 bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, use of washing machine.
