Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fiume Versilia

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

Eufemia is an incredibly kind host. The communication was perfect: responsiveness, good advice, ... Eufemia even accompanied us to the city center and then to the airport because we had an issue with our rental car. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped! The lliterie is cozy 😊 The rusks, jam, and milk for breakfast were a real plus! In short, a home and a host like we love them. Once again, thank you for everything!

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

We had a great time. Very good apartment with nice rooftop for breakfast. Very good price since it includes a rich breakfast. Just one negative, between the room and the bathroom there is a hallway with a door connected to the owner's house. But we didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. We just think it should be clearly stated in the description of the house. Our overall experience, however, was very nice and deserves 5 stars.

This was a great stay!! The view was soooo beautiful, we woke up for sunrise which you can see from the bedroom window and also from the outside. Peaceful and quiet area. Also a beautiful view from the bathroom window- don’t get stuck there!! Agnese is a super helpful and caring host. We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location. Easy to get to everything Lucca offers. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant options. Great market steps away from the apartment. Parking was a challenge and we had an issue with a man who had a coffee shop on the corner yelling at us while we unloaded our luggage from the car. Disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed partaking of his shop had he not been so disagreeable. We would still recommend this lodging and would return if the opportunity arose again. Fantastic value 😊

I had a great stay here. Paola is friendly and she arranged everything perfect. I can put my drop off my luggage earlier. The apartment is well-organized. Paola also has another apartment in Livorno. We received very good service, the reception was very tasty. Fabricio next to his son's company explained us with a high level of detail  his beautiful apartment. We included a rich bottle of wine to share and a great variety of Italian products for breakfast. The apartment is located with excellent comfort  and very spacious and very well distributed environments. The first night we presented problems with the pressure of the hot water and just let Fabrizio know his arrival was as soon as possible to solve the incident and we immediately resolved the situation. The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere. We had no trouble finding a parking spot either. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Giorgia was very responsive, warm, and welcoming. All the places she recommended were great and really helped us enjoy our trip even more. If I go to La Spezia again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

Anna's place was divine, even more beautiful than the photos, a return to the past, where every detail is thought out. Everything was impeccably clean, refined smell, and the view is breathtaking. Anna was an extremely kind and super accommodating host, she was able to welcome us and help us, I will return without hesitation. George is a kind and helpful person, he assisted us from the first minute we arrived in his accommodation. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Super recommended!!

This is probably the most positive and honest review I'll ever write on airbnb. It was really a pleasure to stay with Massimiliano! First of all for cleanliness, which I'm never satisfied with, but in your place you can't joke! I immediately felt at home for the atmosphere, the room that was beautiful, the light, the surroundings, breakfast, the vintage bikes available for guests, chats and good humor! Really super helpful, generous and kind. Great tips for food and the sea, among other things. I really have no words to describe everything, except that the hospitality of Massimiliano and Alessandra makes me think that there are people who are best suited to do this work and people who are not. Here, they're perfect! My solo vacation was relaxing and full of love and care. Thank 🥰 you very much for everything, it was what I needed 🥹
