Monthly Rentals in Five Points, Nashville

This Attic Apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip to Nashville! Tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short drive to the city centre and an easy walk to Five Points, it gave us the best of both worlds. The space was cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were so lovely and helpful - always quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel really welcome. We honestly miss it already and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Our stay at the Private Garden Cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. The cottage was modern, clean, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, with plenty of good food and shopping within a 5 minute walk or quick drive. And we appreciated the unique setting, as our 16 month old loved watching the chickens & dog and playing in the yard.

Katie’s home was perfect for a gathering of three long-time (and senior, but young at heart) friends. We did not rent a car and walked for both evening meals and for groceries to the Five Point hub of East Nashville. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and fun to explore. Downtown Nashville is only 10 minutes, or so, cab ride. The house is spacious with three nicely appointed full bathrooms. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts. It was a too cool for us to use the outdoor space in back, but it looked very welcoming. The house has great curb appeal and lived up to its welcoming exterior. Katie was exceptionally quick and responded patiently to a question (user error) concerning the lock on the front door. I’d go back to Nashville in a minute and stay at Katie’s again.

I enjoyed my stay, though it was very brief. Beautiful interior and relatively quiet area. When I had a little trouble with the lockbox I got immediate help. Thank you!
