Tiny house in a quiet area

Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. Located on our plot, the cottage has its own small terrace and is screened off from the apartment building. Close to a walking trail in the woods. 10 min walking distance to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 min to bus connection to the train station or 15 min walking distance. From there it takes 25 min to downtown Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

Here you live close to nature and the sea in a very quiet area. The home is tastefully decorated that creates peace and harmony. The property is of a high level and with 2 patios. Nice walks along the beaches or forests directly adjacent to the house. This home is suitable for those who want to relax in a quiet environment and get away from stress. The accommodation is best suited for 1-2 people and you are most welcome to bring your pet. The property offers microwave and barbecue as well as tea/coffee maker

Lakeside cottage

Charming & nicely renovated cottage right by Lake Lygnen which is on our plot. There are: microwave, double bed, fridge & freezer compartment, oven, stove, toilet & shower. Dogs are welcome in the cabin. Dog & chickens are already with us. The cottage is just next to the nature reserve Fjärås Bräcka. In 15 minutes you take the car to Tjolöholm Castle. There are activities all year round. 600 meters to the bus station as you take Kungsbacka city center. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

The cottage in Hanhals (without kitchen)

Rummet är Hanhals, 6km till Kungsbacka centrum. Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Välkommen till en topputrustad Studiolägenhet på landet. Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende där ni snabbt känner er som hemma. Med ankor, höns och havet som närmaste granne. Stor härlig egen balkong där ni kan relaxa varma dagar med utsikt över de öppna fälten och Kungsbackafjorden. Genomtänkt design med trä, marmor och ek i materialen. En lugn, fridfull och avkopplande miljö med några minuter till strand, havsnära promenader. Cirka 30 min till Göteborg.

Walk five minutes to the marina at Lahall for swimming and beach, or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful nature. The villa and its surroundings offer excellent opportunities for shared activities, and in the immediate area there are golf and tennis courts. Perfect starting point to discover Halland and the West Coast, regardless of the season!

Spacious apartment in the countryside but close to the city! Located by the Kattegattsleden cycle trail. Near Hanhalsgården. Commuter train between Kungsbacka and Gothenburg (easy access to Gothia Cup, Way Out West, Liseberg, and similar events via Västtrafik or Öresundståg). Close to golf, Bräckan Nature Center, Tjolöholm Castle, Hede Fashion Outlet, and an outdoor padel court. Plenty of space and free parking for cars. Possibility to wash bikes and store indoor.

This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.

Cabin with sea view, sauna and hot tub

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
