Tiny house in a quiet area

Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. The cottage is located on our property, has its own small terrace and is shielded from the residential house. Close to a walking trail in the forest. 10-minute walk to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 minutes to bus connection to the train station or 15 minutes walking distance. From there, it takes 25 minutes to central Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

Lakeside guest house

Charming & nicely renovated cottage right by the lake Lygnen that is on our property. There is: microwave, double bed, fridge & freezer compartment, oven, stove, toilet & shower. Dogs are welcome in the cottage. We already have a dog and chickens. The cottage is located right next to the nature reserve Fjärås Bräcka. In 15 minutes, you can take the car to Tjolöholm Castle. There are activities all year round. 600 meters to the bus station that takes you to Kungsbacka city center. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

The house is suitable for 1- 4 people and is equipped with everything you need, even for longer stays. In addition, sheets, towels and final cleaning and two bicycles are included. You will have your own patios with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a calm and peaceful environment. Commuter train between Kungsbacka and Gothenburg (easy access to Gothia Cup, Way Out West, Liseberg, and similar events via Västtrafik or Öresundståg). Close to golf, Bräckan Nature Center, Tjolöholm Castle, Hede Fashion Outlet, and an outdoor padel court. Plenty of space and free parking for cars. Possibility to wash bikes and store indoor.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Lägenheten/rummet ligger i Sätila ca 20 min från Landvetter flygplats, 35 min från Göteborg, 40 från Borås, 45 från Varberg och 60 från Ullared. Sätila ligger vid Storåns mynning vid den natursköna sjön Lygnern, som sträcker sig 15 km sydost ut mot havet. I Sätila finns det långa fina sandstränder som ligger 5 min promenad från lägenheten / rummet.
