Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

The cabin is located in close proximity to the swimming area, Svaberg for swimming and fishing. The cabin has a large and pleasant living room. There is sleeping space for 8 people, 4 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, with shower and toilet. Nice terrace and outdoor area. Electric vehicle charging is included. Flekkerøy, is 15 km from Kristiansand city center, toll-free tunnel.

Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is a consistently high standard in the cabin with a ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.
