  • Sacred Living Tea Ceremony with Joy
You will arrive in silence & get settled and we will ground our energies in the space. I will play crystal singing bowls to begin our journey together. We will sit on the floor (sofa available if needed) and remain in silence while I serve the first 3 cups of Living Tea. This is an opportunity to let the Tea integrate into the body & move the Chi. I will then welcome you to the space & check in to see how you are feeling in the moment & if you have anything you might feel called to share. As the Tea moves the energy, conversation seems to unfold effortlessly and with a flair towards more conscious topics & less day to day logistics. I will tune in & choose Oracle cards for you if this feels in concurrence with how you are feeling. You are also welcome to choose your own cards. The format flows with the moment & the sharings are free to expand as they unfold. You are welcome to stop drinking at any time, although I do encourage you to enjoy the benefits the Tea has to offer. After about an hour and a half, I will close the ceremony & be grateful for your presence. There is an ancient Chinese saying..."drink tea, make friends". I am passionate about the power of ceremonial tea, this is not available in most stores. Other things to note It is wise to wear clothes to be comfortable sitting on the carpet in.

  • Summer Hike in the BlueRidge Mountains
Are you looking for an exciting experience, off the beaten path and away from the crowds? This is what's right for you. This magical hike with epic views is an experience that will last in your memories forever. We will hike in the enchanted landscape of Western North Carolina and get some incredible Instagram worthy pictures of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The hike will be between 3-5 miles depending on weather and the group. The Blue Ridge Mountains are some of the oldest in the world! We will stop at the top, have a snack and a beverage of your choice, take some really wonderful photos and then back down the mountain. [If you book as a "single" and the group ends up as "ONE/just you" we will do the shorter hike - if you are only one there may be a chance of cancellation] Weather can have a impact based on trail availability and access so please understand at this time of year things [weather] can change quickly] The parkway is often closed at this time of year so lots of our access to views can be limited. If the date you are looking for is not on the calendar, send me a message. I will help you find a solution. Other things to note I will do everything to create a hike that fits the needs and skill level of everyone in your party so please just let me know how I can answer your questions and concerns.

  • Awakening in Nature Tours
We have a number of tours devoted to appreciating the natural beauty and aliveness this Universe has to offer, while connecting with the same aliveness that animates our bodies. Whether we are gazing at the mountains, the sun, the moon, the stars, the forest, a waterfall, whether hiking in the woods or sitting on the mountain top, we start each tour by setting an intention to help ground us in the present moment. We provide some guidance on attaining a state of expanded awareness designed to connect us with the rich aliveness of the natural world all around. Our guided meditations are designed to create a sense of oneness with all that is, while Mother Nature provides a beautiful container for Self-exploration and Self-discovery. Each tour concludes with a sharing circle for those who feel motivated to share their experience and some guidance for further Self-investigation. Each participant will leave feeling a deeper connection to all that is as well as tools to help them connect with inner peace in the midst of everyday life. [Please note that our excursions often involve venturing into the mountains, where temperatures can be much cooler. Bring a jacket or wear layers to ensure your comfort. Comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are also important to bring.]
