Apartment with a small surface area but excellent surface area optimization! It has everything! We spent one night with family (7) and it was impeccable. A terrace that we were able to enjoy even in mid-November. Close to the beach... no complaints

I've been there for 4 days with my nephew and daughter. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. It's located near the beach, which with kids is fantastic. Dominique was very friendly. We felt right at home! Definitely a recommended accommodation.

Upon arrival at the apartment, Yohan welcomed us and explained how everything was going. He had prepared 4 bottles of water and 1 bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift, a very nice touch on his part. There were also coffee and tea capsules in a box in case we wanted some. The truth is that the apartment was very clean and had even the smallest detail. Everything was perfect!

Great stay, Nadine and Jean-Claude are welcoming, responsive, friendly. The accommodation is as advertised, the pretty garden pleasant and quiet. For those who bring their four-legged companions everything is well fenced, your pet will also have a pleasant stay. I recommend you have a good time.

Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! Awesome place, the house is perfect and in a lovely town. The house was clean and with all your needs. Kitchen is fully equipped and it has coffee machine. Aude was very communicative, and the instructions about the checkin were very clear. We didn't have any problem with anything, and enjoyed the stay so much. The town is very calm, and house is next to the main road. It's easy to park. It's perfect for a couple, but also for 2 couples and kids (there's lot of stuff for kids and babies). It's a perfect house to disconnect, half an hour from Perpignan and Narbonne, and also half an hour from the Reserve Africane from Sigean. If someday I come back to the south of france, I already know where I will stay!! Thanks Aude!!

We spent 15 days in Christian's house. Christian's welcome and availability given our change of arrival time is great. The house is very nice and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room pleasant even if we spent more time on the terrace. The garage where you can put 2 cars is a plus because street parking is very popular. The location is good, close to the center and the port but quiet. We would recommend this listing.

It qas a pleasure to spend 5 days in Micheline's studio which is located in an old stone house which has been entirely refurbished and has a lot of charme. On the ground floor (garden level) lives the owner and the apartment is on 2nd floor (street level). The studio is a great mix of modern furniture and antique appliances which have been carefully chosen and give the place a unique look and feel. The studio itself consists of two rooms: a large living with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with an integrated shower/toilet. Due to this arrangement, the studio is ideally suited for one person or for a couple who knows each other well 😊 The studio is directly at the entrance of the village; it has a private parking space which is convenient. The little balcony which overlooks Mich’s garden is great for having a relaxed breakfast or dinner in the sunshine. From Fitou, both the seaside as well as the mountains are easily accessible, so it is a great location to explore the area.

The accommodation is very well located. Close walking distance to shops -restaurants and the beach. Quiet in this season. The terrace is lovely. This is my second stay, it's a bone addressse!

The apartment is very well located close to shops, restaurants and the cathedral which is beautiful. The host gave a lot of tips for finding the apartment. The neighbors are very friendly, a friend of the host helped me carry my suitcase which was very heavy down the stairs. In the apartment there is everything you need to clean, do laundry, have coffee, absolutely everything is provided, it is very convenient. Only negative point the cleanliness was not nickel at ground level but it's no big deal.
