Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views- just a 15 min walk to Scarborough. Soak under the stars in the outdoor bath or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Inside, there’s a comfy double bed, log burner (starter logs included), bathroom, kitchen & seating. Off-grid but with a plumbed shower! No mains electric; solar only. A cool box is provided instead of a fridge, plus fluffy dressing gowns & towels for extra comfort.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase.
