Unique location w/ a secure (out of sight) parking area on side of garage for your boat or UTV/ATV trailer. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, peaceful place to stay.

A sweet, evocative historic house built in 1949, beautifully maintained and remodeled. This wonderful addition to Airbnb has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, a gorgeous antique twin bed downstairs, and a detached bunkhouse that sleeps 4. This is perfect for a family, or even two families to share. It’s a peaceful spot with an enclosed backyard and covered deck, plus off-street parking next to the house. I have a well maintained beach style cottage with 2 bedrooms, master has king bed and ensuite 1/2 bath, second bedroom has queen bed. Full bath with walk-in shower located in hallway. Fully equipped kitchen. Large green yard with waterfall pond, plants and flowers, and a covered porch with seating area. It is a private setting in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking space for your utility trailer and/or ATV's. Just minutes from beach access, Bay Street shopping and local restaurants.

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

Old Town Escape is located in Old Town Florence, just 4 blocks to Bay Street and 6 to the marina. There you will find many of Florence's fine restaurants, charming shops and galleries. Stroll along the boardwalk and take in the sights of the Siuslaw River and the beautiful Oregon dunes. Perfect get away spot for an individual, a couple or 2 couples. Come check us out! Please keep in mind the beach is 4 miles from this residence so we are not a beach front property.
