A+, everything about this place was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Our party of six had more than enough room and absolutely loved the backyard and hottub. Yachats is a real gem, we will be returning very soon.

Loved everything about the place. Location was wonderful. Had a private backyard and hot tub. Lots of games in the house and a great movie room with huge projector! Hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house is in the perfect location and you can't beat the view. The beds, linens, and pillows are divine. The hot tub was perfect but those soaking tubs are the best. Plumbed with hot water!! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We're hoping it will be available on our next beach trip!

Great little spot to spend an evening in Coos Bay - perfect for a little stop on a road trip. We were riding motorcycles between SF and Portland and the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. Nice spot - great value.

The first impression of Lauri’s place was that it was very clean. This always sets the tone for a great stay. The amenities were thoughtful, the beds were comfy (we all slept great) and the location was fantastic. We loved watching the seals play and the fishing boats go in and out of the bay. Soaking in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the Yaquina Bay Bridge was something else. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s plenty of space. We brought my parents with us and they commented over and over again about how we had found such a great place. You can easily just stay in, or it’s a nice walk to the ocean or Rogue brewing. There’s so much to do in Newport and fishing is one of our favorites. We also enjoy hiking and checking out the tide pools and lighthouses. We will be back and love knowing that we have a wonderful place to stay when we do. Thank you to Lauri and her team for the amazing memories. We felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Scooter. We loved the backyard and the easy walk to the beach. There were a couple of minor issues with the Roku, but Leslie was fast to communicate and help us out. The flexible check-in time was also another highlight.

This place was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend away with friends. The lake was beautiful and is top on our list for a summer stay.

A gorgeous and unique home obviously filled with happy memories. There is a pub diner literally next door but the house remains private (as long as you remember the crab fishermen can also see you through the windows). The views are amazing and the home itself is a wonderfully warm space that feels like a a place meant to be enjoyed. They have a comprehensive and well written home guide that will walk you all the way to and thru Waldport at low tide, and the small town itself has plenty of treasures to uncover.

We love staying at the Drift Inn. this was our first time staying in the Heron's Roost, and so pleased we did. We appreciate a king size bed and legit linens. I really loved sitting in the comfy chairs with a cup of coffee in the morning looking out at the beach. Since we stayed last, the Drift Inn has begun providing dog towels and a sheet, which is so thoughtful! I usually travel with a similar kit for my dogs and had forgotten it this trip.

Very cute, cleans, and cozy place. Host was friendly and responsive. Very close to the beach. And dogs are allowed. 10/10 I would stay again.

I have travelled all over the world, and can say that The Lodge Below the Falls is a very special place, created with love and deep appreciation for the nature surrounding it. This is a place to reconnect, to create, to rest, to explore, and to dream. The two giant waterfalls above and the pristine stream flowing by, the sauna, and the cozy and comfortable spaces around the woodstove and open kitchen/dining areas offer settings for our busy minds to unwind, and the breath of inspiration to arise. The 22-mile drive to and from town is actually perfect as it is a beautiful drive, and is just long enough to give yourself a chance to slow down and shift gears to a relaxed state of mind. It is a truly rare treat to be able to enjoy such a unique and beautiful space!

Cute little place, close to everything we wanted to do. You do have to remember to set enough time aside to do the cleaning, laundry, etc. before checkout so keep that in mind if you have kids with you... which we didn't so it was fine for us. Also, easy access to the beach from several paths in the neighborhood!

We had a great stay here! I'd love to stay again. Quiet environment, easy walks to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great place for our group and great location! We were so grateful for the emergency kit during the power outage.

Had a delightful couple of days at the coast with my husband and dogs. House was comfortable and we loved the decor. Kitchen has salt and pepper so bring any other spices you may want, otherwise very well appointed kitchen. Will stay again!

Beautiful place my family had a great time the board games were awesome. I would suggest maybe putting something in the house to get rid of the bad pet smell

The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

Home was clean, well stocked kitchen , comfortable furniture and beds. We all would go back again ! View was awesome!

My family stays on the Oregon coast each summer. It has been a 30 year tradition that our children, now adults, still look forward to. This home offered us everything we needed to feel relaxed during this family tradition. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was probably the best house we have stayed in to date!
