Really splendid. The apartment is impeccable, spacious, luxurious. It has all the necessary features, has everything you need nearby, the beach in front is beautiful and it is easy to get to others from there.

Nicolau and his family welcomed us very well, if we feel at home with all affection and lodging! Local foot to sand, no problem with other guests! We'll be back soon without a doubt !

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to hand over the keys and give us the directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be at ease. The condo is quiet and well taken care of. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and 100 meters from the commerce and restaurants. Vanda was very friendly and allowed us to do a late check-out to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda !

It's just as the listing says. Great value and location on the mainland side. I definitely appreciated the AC. Check in had a hiccup but was quickly resolved by Fernando. Only downside for me is there is a vent by the patio that can't be closed. It let in mosquitos and I was getting bitten in the room.

I think the best compliment is this. I'll stay here again. Excellent view, by the way the best view of several apartments I have ever rented on the beach, foot in the sand, as it is a duplex is very comfortable, the rooms are on the lower floor, with an excellent balcony, large and large, and on the upper floor is the barbecue with a swimming pool and a magnificent view, so those who do not want to go to sleep are on the upper floor and those who want to sleep, go down, giving a lot of privacy.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I went with my wife and my two children for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well-equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Paulo quickly answered my questions and sent accurate information. We all like it very much and recommend it.

Our experience at Catalão Beach House was simply amazing! From the first contact, Gilberto proved to be an exceptional host – always available, kind and helpful. As we arrived, we were absolutely inspired by every detail. The house was impeccably clean, well equipped and with a pleasant aroma, which made us feel truly at home. The welcome treats bring a special affection and makes the reception even more welcoming. The view is breathtaking! And the jacuzzi, clean and ready for use, was one of the highlights of the stay – we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The air-conditioning ensured comfortable nights, and the ample outdoor space was perfect for our outdoor moments. For those who travel with pets, the backyard is great for medium and large sized ones, but the little ones can venture beyond the boundaries of the house (with the right to unexpected visits to the neighbors!😆). We recommend it! 🌊✨

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

The property is exactly what the publication is. Quiet, clean, close to the sea. Seawater very clean. Excellent. Service by the owners note 10. We intend to return. I recommend to anyone looking for a place to rest.

The house is a block and a half from the beach of Zimbabwe, one of the quietest in the region. The sea is beautiful and very calm. The house is amazing, cool and air-conditioned in every room, perfect for families who want to enjoy the common space - with a great pool, barbecue and pizza oven. Bed and bath linen, kitchen accessories, float, beach chair, umbrella… the house offers several items that oversimplify what you need to take on the trip. Francisco was very attentive and quick in response. We recommend and will be back!

Very nice AirBnB, at a great location with a beautiful view. The host was very nice and answered very quickly to all our messages. If I had to make a suggestion to even further improve the experience I would say that the check-in was earlier than 17:00.

Everything impeccable. The place simplifies your stay in Florianopolis. It was our first time on the island and when traveling by car we arrived late; it was a solution to find that the condominium has a bar of simple dishes and very friendly people. Also there is a 24-hour pantry to buy what you have forgotten, although it is limited it takes you out of the hurry. The apartment is impeccable. Super comfortable and spacious. Daniel, super friendly and attentive to any setbacks that may arise. Both Daniel and the apartment is made of our visit a great trip. We will definitely be back.

The stay was very good! The house is complete, with all the necessary structure, we went to family and everyone was very well accommodated. The location is sensational, very close to the beach, which is too beautiful! The house was very clean, and the condominium has a very nice and safe structure, we feel at home. It was very good our stay in Mauricio's apartment! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of Ingleses and the beach. The first day the A/C didn't work and they quickly fixed it. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.
