Vacation rentals with lake access in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

Great house with beautiful views, access to the lake is very easy and the water is great! The house was in perfect condition, clean and beautiful, everything working. The only problem is the distance from the center and the beach, which requires car access, and the stove is weak, making it a little difficult if it is relying on meals at home, but the view more that makes up for these details. Every day of the stay was in sunshine, providing an incredible landscape of the lake.

We really like the house! The pond is beautiful and the reception was also very enlightening. Super recommendable and would come back.

great place, close to the beach did not need to use a car, 2 minutes of walking was already on the sand, I felt at home, the garage was tight for my SUV because it has 7 seats but still I can park in front of the building not needing to leave the vehicle on the street, I recommend and I will certainly stay again.

Equipped, clean and cozy apartment, great location in the lagoon, wonderful condominium with outdoor pool, private access to the lagoon and a very good indoor heated pool, there are other spaces that I do not know.

Ivanhoé's apartment is excellent: very well located, decorated and spacious. Very good quality bedding as well. We were very well received by Andreia. Two unique caveats: air conditioners seem to deserve a sanitization and the one in the suite could be quieter. Anyway, we would return (and we intend to go back), for sure.

We had an amazing experience staying in this apartment in Florianópolis! The place is exactly as described – clean and cozy. The decoration could have a little more beach charm, but that would be quiet to solve. The location is perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants, markets and other amenities. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions and ensure that the stay was impeccable. On the day of arrival, Claro's internet fell, but it did not settle until the problem was resolved on the same day. In addition, the apartment with everything organized and functioning perfectly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for those looking for comfort, practicality, and a great island experience. I'll definitely be back on a next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love the place, impeccable garden. The ranch is very cozy, it well supplied our need. My puppy tb loved, played and ran every day. It is a great place to take pet, as the entire perimeter of the fence is screened, which made us very safe in relation to it loose. The hotromy tub is great. For those who want to relax and relax is an excellent choice in nature.

My family and I were very happy to spend New Year's Eve in this beautiful house, surrounded by nature, birds and the silence we were looking for. Simone is very sweet, receptive, thought of the smallest details to welcome us. We felt at home. Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful, it has everything, you feel at home, nothing is missing, just bring the food. Every corner of the house makes you spend minutes appreciating the decorations, the souvenirs that Simone certainly received, all with great affection ❤️ If you're looking for peace, silence and that perfect home, you're in the right place. I'm sure you won't regret it. Thank you Simone for receiving me and my family so lovingly, you are very dear and caring. It was all better than we thought. I, my husband, and our dogs stayed in the Northon space. In addition to being greeted with great affection, the owners were extremely helpful for everything. The chalet is a charm, very comfortable, all equipped (even usual groceries such as coffee, rice and seasoning had) and the bedding was impeccable. The outside area is a tranquillity, with many feet of fruit, a bonfire area (there was plenty of wood available), plenty of space and a delicious river to swim or even to sleep with a little water nozzle. Northon's parents also support guests. I loved to meet Dona Nádia and to hear many cool stories of lodging and how many people have been there. Finally, I highlight the beauty of Aurora, a small town, with simple and receptive people that makes you understand the preciousness of the rural countryside. Northon passed the exact location and warned of a "bad path" that GPS forwards. Thank you, we'll definitely be back! =)

Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy hut. We enjoy as a family, swim in the river with cool and invigorating waters, and at night we had a delicious barbecue followed by a fire, where we roasted marshmallows. Although there were no lemons for the salad, we found some on the property, which is surrounded by fruit trees. It was a very relaxing experience, perfect for anyone wanting to escape the stress of the city. Also, when we had a problem with our car, Mari was incredibly attentive and helped us solve with the help of the neighbors. Thanks so much! We'll definitely be back soon

Staying with Miltinho is an experience. Super attentive from the time of booking and throughout the entire stay. He and his wife welcomed us very well, with coffee and the famous donut that really is very tasty! My kids loved the place, right on the first day they caught the fish we prepared for dinner. We tasted raspberries, blackberries straight from the vine. I haven't seen a firefly since I was a kid and I was able to see one again there, I went back in time! Even with rainy weather the boys were delighted with the animals, they were able to take a ride with Miltinho on the quadricycle! Everything was great, the kids didn't even want to go sightseeing in the city so they wouldn't have to leave the property. We made a commitment to come back, and we will! I recommend it and I'll say it again: if you're going to stay to do tourism in Urubici, book at least a day or two to enjoy what Miltinho has to offer, as it is very worthwhile.
