Monthly Rentals in Florida Point

We had an amazing 3-day holiday at John’s beach house and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay (we wish we could stay longer!). The location is absolutely perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and stores – and the view from the terrace is both stunning and relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We spent our days swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the beautiful surroundings and nearby state parks. In the evenings, we grilled fresh fish on John’s gas grill out on the balcony – a truly memorable experience. Communication with John was excellent throughout. He made sure we felt welcome, that our needs were met, and that we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in a beautiful setting, this place is highly recommended! We would definitely come back!

Met all expectations from the pictures. Great location, plenty of parking, and responsive host.

This was our second winter in Gulf Shores with first year being out at Ft. Morgan. We felt second year we wanted to stay closer to town so decided on Orange Beach for proximity to restaurants and walking trails. Mary's cottage definitely worked well for that and we found her to be a very accessible and responsive host.

I can’t remember if I turned on the dishwasher before we left!!! If not, I am so sorry! Leaving day is always hectic. Beautiful place, spacious and clean. The ONLY issue we had was that when we turned on the oven, something was in the bottom that burned up and caused smoke; otherwise very clean. We used the beach at the Gulf Shores State Park area. Beaches too crowded where all the people spill out from the high rises. It was no problem though. We usually camp at Gulf Shores State Park, so it was just up the road and great to revisit. Condo is beautiful w restaurants close. Great fishing area for my son. Would stay again if the owners forgive me for not turning on the dishwasher! If I forgot. 😳 The air conditioning was a plus for me as women of a certain age require it to be cool, and it was. Highly recommend ❤️
