The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then has less space in the room. The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
