My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

This traditional stone villa is located slightly elevated in Agios Georgios with an fantastic view over the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. St. George is located slightly away from the village of Poulithra, very quietly located and without through traffic. The villa is surrounded by beautiful, old olive trees and 4 minutes by car from the beach. On the large terrace in front of the house you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the sea.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
