Very good stay not far from La Spezia train station. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is well furnished and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Matteo is very responsive, friendly and flexible. We were late checking in but Matteo was flexible and found a solution. We highly recommend his place. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed in this apartment for four days and had a great time. The host was extremely kind, courteous and always helpful. The apartment is cozy, well maintained and in a convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area to choose this apartment: it was a great experience from every point of view!

Eugenio and Claudia were the best hosts, even inviting us to an amazing traditional dinner! The apartment was incredibly clean, with a very comfortable bed and peaceful. Although we did not get the chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful. Definitely on our list to return for a longer stay.
