Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio furnished in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to the University Hospital, Campus, Confort Moderne, and shops, and a 20-minute walk from the centre SOPGYN

Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I invite you to take a break from time, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I suggest breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/pers/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

Poitiers Sud at the gates of the A10 highway exit, this 100 m² family house with a terrace and a parking lot, all fully fenced. Perfect for family stays or business trips. Located 15 minutes from Futuroscope, 10 minutes from Poitiers city center. The shopping center with all the services is within 1 km (pharmacy, laundromat, restaurant, fast food, gym). A bread and pastry vending machine is in front of the house.

Private parking 1 step down to access the studio, 1 step up to access the shower room 5 minutes' walk from very pretty walking or jogging trails by the Boivre River; the countryside at the city's doorstep!!
