We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

Marco’s place was amazing. The host has put lots of thought into the accommodation, there is a recommendation book with all the things you might want to see! The place is very well equipped ( basic ingredients for cooking were also there). Surprisingly, there was also a juice maker and we could enjoy a glass of fresh juice. The location is right next to the station but also very close to Ortigia. Very good stay here!

We were lucky enough to meet Michela personally and have some great addresses with her. The apartment has a wonderful view and is located in the Jewish quarter of Modica , quiet and clean . I recommend it

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

If you want to enjoy your peace, this is the place to be! The place is a bit more secluded and the road to it is very rocky and narrow. There is a bay within walking distance. It is also quite nice, but we found other beaches more beautiful. All were within approx. 20 minutes by car. The apartment is relatively well equipped. The oven took some getting used to. Generally everything is kept very clean. After about 3 days Serafina came and changed our towels and gave us fresh eggs from her chickens again. The nicest thing was to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning or to relax in the chairs in the garden in the evening after a shower.🪴🌺 The air conditioning was good and important, as it is quite calm on site. The photos that Serafina published correspond 1:1 to reality. Thanks for the lovely stay😊

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES We loved staying at Cesare and Cristiano's place. They made such beautiful renovation work, respecting the local architecture and local resources. The place is amazing for those who love nature and privacy. View from our villa to Noto to one side and to the sea on the other. Their property extends to a vast space and it is very well kept. Cesare and Cristiano are superb hosts, relaxed and easy going, always helpful. We felt in love with this place!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Antonella!

We stayed 4 night in April and had the best time ever. Adele met us when we arrived and showed us around, the location is very quiet and Adele was very helpful with tips and responded quickly to all questions we had. We loved to cook, all basics were already there. The pool was ice-cold (just filled) , but worth the short morning swim, followed by a coffee in the sun. We will be back !

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

There was a misunderstanding about the location of the house. But that is well resolved by Marisella and her husband. The house is with all the comforts and very clean. The roof terrace has an amazing sea view and starry sky. The sandy beach is literally across the street. Beautifully clear water and in October it is a private beach. There are many sweet cats living around the house. Our daughter thought that was a very nice bonus. The house is very quiet. You will need a car for groceries or restaurants. They're great hosts and quick to respond.

This home was amazing. It’s off the beaten path and very private. The photos don’t do it justice. The home is entirely gated in and it’s huge. You can hang in the sun on the entire patio surrounding the home or the roof is also a finished deck area. The beach is about 30yards down a private path. The beach was large but I don’t see a lot of other people. You’re also surrounded by wildflowers. The whole vibe is peaceful. Inside was clean and had everything I needed. There is a sunroom to eat meals. The “bathtub room” is actually a separate structure from the main house. A little romantic jacuzzi room. To top it off Rosa was an amazing host. Her energy and excitement were contagious even though we didn’t speak the same language. Nothing bad to say about this private beach getaway!

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Beautiful house a few steps from the sea, 5 minutes walk from the nearest cliff - 10 minutes from Maganuco beach, there is also a supermarket nearby reachable by car. Great location also for visiting nearby cities such as Pozzallo, Modica, Scicli, etc. The house is equipped with everything, impeccably clean and managed by very courteous and helpful people. Ideal for those like us traveling with a dog, having an outdoor area with a very spacious and quiet garden, where you can also relax after a day at sea. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. We arrived earlier than expected, but were immediately warmly welcomed. The place matched the pictures and description. The outdoor area was beautiful and invited for breakfast in the sun overlooking the sea. Only a few meters walk we could walk to the sea via an access 🌊 Simone directly gave us tips for things to do or regional specialties. He was always available and helpful.
