Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Közvetlenül a szálláshely előtt 1 db ingyenes, saját parkolóhely használható, illetve díjmentes eletromos autótöltési lehetőséget biztosítunk. A szálláshelyen hűtő-fűtő klímaberendezés biztosítja egész éven át az optimális hőmérsékletet. Lake Balaton is only 100m from the house! There is a private plank in Szárcsa street, which is used by another 4 houses in the street, through which you can access the water. The street itself is a dead end, so there's no traffic, it's quiet, peaceful. The free beach is also 5-7 minutes on foot, so it's conveniently accessible at any time. Shopping options (Aldi) can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is comfortable for 6+2 people: 2 bedrooms+ 1 door separable living room.

Az udvaron szép környezetben egy kerti Tó található , mely fűrdőzésre is alkalmas . Központ 3km autóval könnyen meg közelíthető élelmiszer bolt , étterem . Közelben a híres Csisztapusztai termálfürdő is megtalálható.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
