Apartment house is a brand new modern building, separate two-storey guest house that can accommodate 4 people with its own 80m2 yard and its own barbecue facilities, and a heated tub jacuzzi for private use. There is a 35m3 pool that is shared. On the ground floor there is a living room with an American kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with French beds. the style in this eye-catching place.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. The ground floor terrace offers a partial panorama, while the first floor terrace offers a full panorama of Badacsony and the harbour.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
