Monthly Rentals in Forest Acres

We chose Wendy's property because it was close to Ft. Jackson where we were attending my sister-in-law's Army basic training graduation. It also fit the modern style of properties I generally like staying in. Wendy was very helpful and proactive in getting us smoothly checked in from the moment we reserved her place. The location was perfect! So close to stores and restaurants but didn't feel too busy or loud. The interior was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my mom and I. We didn't utilize the kitchen much, but it seemed to have all the basic necessities. We would definitely recommend Wendy's property to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Definitely recommend this home, especially for a stay of any length. The pictures show this older home & its furnishings accurately, the backyard is beautiful as is the sun porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basics. The towels, bedding and pillows appear new and beds are comfortable with firm mattresses. Showers have great pressure and plenty of hot water. We would return.

Ellen and Arnold’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was so charming and we felt immediately at home! From the welcome treats to the delightful sunroom, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend for a beautiful, cozy, and charming stay!

David and Janice’s place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. My son and I were there just one night, and we both slept like babies. In the morning I enjoyed an espresso and a slice of banana bread provided by the hosts. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment!
