I booked my stay at the last minute due to a change in plans, and Hilit was incredibly accommodating. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my changing schedule was easily accommodated. I truly appreciated her flexibility, especially as my schedule was more fluid than usual. Her willingness to work with me every step of the way made the experience mutually beneficial, which I greatly valued. Hilit’s communication is exceptional—she is proactive, responsive, and follows up thoughtfully. It was exactly the level of communication I needed. The property is just a 7-minute walk from the shops and cafes in Forest Row, which made it the perfect spot for me. The walkability was ideal and exactly what I had hoped for. If you are planning a visit to Forest Row and are looking for a quiet, peaceful place that is still close to all the action, with wonderful hosts, I highly recommend staying here.

The Hayloft is a wonderful little hideaway just a couple of minutes walk from the heart of the village. Arriving after a long drive it was a real bonus to find Kirsteen had provided a loaf of excellent locally baked bread, butter, jam, half a litre of milk and plenty of tea, and that the wood burner was lit so the apartment was was already cosy and warm. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Kirsteen.

Great stay in an excellent location! Would highly recommend for anyone after a dog friendly lodge surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve. Too many walks to choose from at your doorstep. Jo also has a lot of recommendations which were very helpful.

A wonderful place to stay, the cabin was cosy but at no point did it feel too cramped and felt right at home with all amenities provided. Local shops not too far away and a gorgeous scenery that really made our stay feel that much more comfortable. David was an excellent host from clear instructions, helpful guidances and recommendations to local areas and things to do. We would love to stay again in the future!
