Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Our vacation home is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture, as well as a sauna. It is located in the heart of Vasoldsberg (25 min. away from Graz) and it is the ideal place to relax and regain energy in a luxurious setting and the tranquillity and good air of the countryside. Our vacation home includes a private sauna, a spacious living room with kitchen, one bedroom with a bathroom and two patios. There is a bakery in walking distance and there are walking and cycling trails.

Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Graz

Cozy garden cottage for up to 2 people, located on the southern outskirts of Graz. All animals are welcome. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove). Bus stop approx. 200 m away, public parking (free) approx. 200 m away, loading and unloading possible on the property. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live here. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
