Monthly Rentals in Fort Caswell

Very easy walk to the main downtown and fun to walk past historical houses. The house itself is spacious (we had 2 infant/toddler with us). Front porch was nice to sit at-has a firepit in the backyard but we didn’t use it this visit. Overall, nice house!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

I will definitely stay here again I loved the place !

My husband and I stayed at Stephanie’s condo for 3 nights. We enjoyed the pier, deck and pool area during our stay. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. It was close to downtown Southport shops and restaurants. We ate at Riverside 122, Oliver’s, Fishy Fishy twice and Moore Street Oyster Bar. All restaurants were fantastic and most were on the water. We took the ferry to Fort Fisher which was a great experience. Southport Coffee Co and Kitchen had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
