Great flat, well located and close to the beach. The check-in was smooth and the staff of the concierge was super gentle. André responded quickly and sent guidelines regarding the check-out of the building that even though they were rotating vacancies, there was always a vacancy near the apartment and several options of places to park.

The landscape tower is well secured with facial and well-equipped borrowing (a small supermarket downstairs a cafeteria that offers breakfast ) The noise on the avenue is quite disturbing also there is atmosphere all night music etc. Overall we had a nice stay in Fortaleza

Great accommodation! Great space, large balcony and with amazing views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, on the edge of the sea, on the very busy part of the waterfront, near the feirinha. Check-in and check-out were very quiet and quick, everyone's facial registration made the environment safe. The accommodation was clean and organized! Tb has parking and has a market, gym and swimming pools. I and my family loved it, it was an excellent choice, we spent 5 days and had everything we needed! We will return more often and refer to friends!

We loved the house, good location, and large outdoor space, one issue is that there is a huge construction site next to the apartment and it makes a lot of noise from 8 am to 5 pm. Other than that, everything is fine, I recommend it

Aconchegante, spacious, beautiful and well located.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

Luciana is a very attentive host. She is always very quick to reply, and she went out of her way to accommodate our special needs. The apartment is extremely conveniently located in the nicest neighborhood on the beach, with a supermarket right around the corner and nice restaurants within walking distance. The price was very reasonable for Christmas/New Year where most other accommodations are ridiculously expensive. We give our warmest recommendations to Luciana and her apartment.

It was an amazing experience in Fortaleza, as to the AP everything as the announcement but the TVs in the rooms did not work and in relation to the lack of a sandwich maker this was resolved immediately, but in the general context, we felt at home!

Raphael the room needs a shutter, because the sensor in the hallway doesn't work well and it's too bright to sleep! in the kitchen, if possible, cutlery, at least one for each guest, was missing! Absolutely loved our stay! Klayton-Luciana were excellent! They had great recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is perfectly located in Praia do Futuro. In my opinion the best beach in Fortaleza. We will definitely be back and staying in their apartment!!

Beautiful place near absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly indicate the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood , is on the corner at the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for a couple with kids , the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for kids, Eliane and a friendliness! Indico milm Times !
