the Place is wonderful clean and cozy I recommend, the host super helpful and kind, my family was very well received, not to mention the beautiful view of the beach of the future. just to thank for the stay with my family.

The site, as its name suggests, is very cozy, in addition to being well located. The place is large and full of fruit trees, from where we can harvest sapotis, mangoes, cashews and taste on site. A delight! Iseuda, the owner, is very helpful and attentive; Zé, the homemaker, is discreet and careful. There is also the dear Tampinha, docile doggy that made our children's joy (and ours too)! I recommend it!

Great place to stay and spend a pleasant few days with the family. The staff of the condominium are very hospitable and cacaú (amphitrã) facilitates the life of those who are stepping. I recommend....

Very good, it answered perfectly, advertisement and photos according to environments, very good indeed.

The house is super cozy and comfortable, well-equipped, bed and bath linens available that make all the difference, 2 gallons of full water that also makes a big difference. The sensational host, answered everything quickly, very welcoming, even had a welcome cake, lent even the inhalation device for my daughter to use.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

Excellent stay , close to excellent bars, supermarkets , pharmacies , cafeteria and the beach . I really liked it, very cozy and functional flat. Ventilated and illuminated . I will come back for sure .

The stay at Mr. Josino, flexible check-in with clear directions, the host welcomed us in person on our arrival. Comfortably clean, spacious and organized environments. Great balcony with seating spaces and relaxation. If it is in the right season, you will have mangoes and ciriguelas at will. Communication with Mr. Josino and he is always willing to help with the resolution of what is necessary. Great stay, recommend to everyone.

Small setting of Paradise close to nature where everything is done to spend a stay that will remain engraved in memories! I would definitely recommend. I'll be back for sure! The neighborhood is also very nice. Thanks to Del for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Wonderful stay! We spent a month and wanted to stay longer. Everything very neat, quiet little house, an unusual peace. Your Materson was extremely helpful, helped us whenever it was needed, and did even more than we agreed. We have a lot of desire to go back and spend more time. I recommend it to everyone!

Great site for a stay, close to Praia do Mucuripe, Meireles and Iracema. Large house, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, all rooms with air conditioning and TV. The location of the house and strategy, can be walked to various tourist spots in the city, close to the flea market, fish market and the Rio Mar Fortaleza mall, the neighborhood and quiet! Mr. Eudes and his daughter Thays were helpful, attentive, thoughtful and transparent, gave us several tips about the city, we highly recommend and will be back again and again.
