Adriana was an excellent host, gave us many tips of places to meet in the city and super helpful to solve any questions or any problem there was! Super flexible and willing to help us as rs tourists May we have more hosts like her!

The accommodation was cozy and offered a beautiful view. Communication with the host was very good and if there was a problem, a solution was quickly found. The building is a bit older though, and the location might not be ideal for some guests. Overall a pleasant stay though!

My group was on mission in Fortaleza and we were very well served by Mrs. Ellen. The description and photos exactly match the site and Ellen was super attentive. I recommend it and I will return whenever possible.

The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend it and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

Luisa’s place was great, just be aware of there being no AC before booking.

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.

We had an amazing experience in this house! We made a 15-year mini commemoration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, it had everything we needed and even more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. Host, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The housekeeper, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Comfort and coziness define Laís' apartment! I just fell in love with this little corner!!! Organized, ventilated, very clean house, with lots of closets and spacious wardrobe. Each bedroom has a balcony, there is a wonderful office to study and work things out. The sofa is super comfortable. The balcony off the living room is great too. Easy access garage and elevator were very useful. The utensils are suitable for the stay. And what about the pool space: Sensational!!! There are divine restaurants 5 minutes from the condominium. And there is no dog kennel as I saw in a comment here, at most a bark and I hardly heard it and I spent practically the whole day in the apartment. I didn't feel at home, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel (my followers loved it too) and it was really hard to say goodbye to how good it was. I would definitely come back to this place.

The building is old but nothing that hurt our stay because the apartment was impeccable and super comfortable! The only bad point in fact is the bathing area of the social bathroom but nothing that damages the stay since it has the bathroom of the suite that can be easily shared! By the way the suite is wonderful ! The second room also super spacious with a king bed!

The stay at Felix and Larissa's apartment was great. Very well located apartment, airy, good structure, a wonderful view, lots of shops nearby (market, car rental, nearby bus stop, pharmacy and restaurants), close to the Meireles fair. The concierge is there 24 hours a day, with a guard. 20 minutes from the airport. Close to the Varjota neighborhood, bohemian/gastronomic area of the city. Felix was very helpful with the answers in the chat. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

Amazing! Great Airbnb with all you need. The location is perfect, just in front of the beach. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Thomas gave clear instructions and replied immediately. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of order. The excessive electricity consumption will be charged additionally. I don't feel we used the AC excessively. We were never below 25°C and also didn't turn all of them on at once. However, we were also above that "normal consumption". This was a little bit weird, specially if you consider, that the door to the balcony doesn't close properly. Maybe an adjustment of the rate in order to include that "extra consumption" would be logical.

It is located in the Meireles region of Fortaleza, where there are various leisure options, great restaurants and many things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
