I recommend to everyone, place more than cozy well cared for, organized a good location, quiet a clean pool with warm water, well equipped with all the necessary utensils, very well cleaned by Mrs. Tereza a love of person, in addition to the super polite homemade and the hostess Iseuda is the icing on the cake!! very friendly, attentive person and requests every hour!!!! In the most of our family we love the stay and for sure when we return to the Fortress we will stay in the village.

Great stay. Very helpful host. The house is very cozy. Everything works. Pool cleanly clean. The bath in the bathtub in the suite is excellent. It has a supermarket nearby. I felt at home.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

The place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet weekend and reconnect with nature. Sabiaguaba Beach is top dms and the sunset at Morro de Areia is a great order for an afternoon. Pleasant climate, light vibe and a lot of silence — ideal to rest and forget the rush. The region has some restaurants, and the space where I stayed was super cozy and dahora. O Del, host, was note 10: very receptive, always available to answer questions and give valuable tips of tours and places to know. In short: good vibe, great structure, and a host that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it! Please note: the time we went, a cat decided to "adopt" the kkk house very tame, but did not want to leave for nothing. We had to close everything for him to settle down, but in the end it was even funny.

The very well organized house, smells, very requested host, answered my request to provide towels and covers for our family, we were in 10 adults and 2 children. It accommodated perfectly all of us very well. The house is well located, very central, close to the waterfront and close to the fair. I recommend it.
