Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

apartment 10 minutes from the train station, close to the center and the port, very clean and many amenities. Luca, our host was very responsive to our requests. perfect for making the 5 lands by train.

We loved our time at Michele's place. The location is amazing, beautiful views of the sea and great location to walk to the main shopping and restaurant street. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

Nicola welcomed us flexibly, we were a little early. That was not an issue. He explained and showed us everything. The apartment was perfectly furnished, very clean and nothing was missing. Nicola was also very accommodating with our two children. We asked for a folding stool so that the two can reach the vanity flexibly. We got this right away. Otherwise, Nicola always inquired about how we were doing and gave us local tips. We will definitely come back again. The area as such is also very beautiful and Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc. are easy to reach.

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! Ivana is the best host we've ever met. A very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! The apartment is perfect. Peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It is very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I'm not sure when yet, but we'll probably come back someday.
