Condo vacation rentals in Forte dei Marmi

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

This is a lovely spot for exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. Ilenia was an exceptional host offering us great information and recommendations. The space is small but cozy. The stone wall gives it so much character. Super comfortable bed. Totally walkable to everything the town offers. One thing to note is that the stairway leading up to the space is very steep but I think that is to be expected in this area. One other small thing -there were not many amenities provided like other other Airbnbs but we didn't mind. If you forget anything, there is a store within a 2min walk.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

very satisfied with the location, the apartment, but be careful there is only one bedroom with a double bed , no other sleeping options - the village being located on the walls of the mountains, it is sloping, and there are many stairs to climb, but it is perfect, and above all very quiet, no cars! you can easily move from one village to another either by boat or with the train, or with its legs for athletes, beautiful area, the Italians are very welcoming, good food! perfectly satisfied with my stay

apartment 10 minutes from the train station, close to the center and the port, very clean and many amenities. Luca, our host was very responsive to our requests. perfect for making the 5 lands by train.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

More than positive experience, Elena is a helpful and considerate host. The house is very thoughtful, tastefully furnished. The garden is also carefully curated, practical and reserved. To return !!!

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.

Ivana is the best host we've ever met. A very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! The apartment is perfect. Peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It is very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I'm not sure when yet, but we'll probably come back someday.
