Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Forte dei Marmi

Beautiful cottage, spacious, clean with air conditioning, jacuzzi and a car seat with a small garden. Ideally located for the tour of the Cinque Terre. i recommend it 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

Elisa was incredibly service minded and easy to deal with. Super nice accommodation, good layout and super luxurious with private bathroom to each bedroom. The area was nice and well kept, however, the experience is that you should have access to your own car to transport yourself between the property and the city's range of different activities.

It is a beautiful house and equipped with every comfort. Super clean. Kitchen has all appliances. Beautiful views and nice garden with several places to sit or lie in the sun. Lots of privacy. Our kids have enjoyed the hot tub. Igor is incredibly friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Florence and beach and sea. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful structure.... The welcome was warm,with a attention to detail that immediately makes me feel at home. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness, and the highest level of comfort. And then the real gem... the hot tub... we loved it! Spacious house, it's actually bigger than it seems in the photos. Great roof terrace. On vacation with 2 teenagers in early March we were able to enjoy it. Simone is attentive and has good restaurant advice. Ideally located in the center with shops, bar, sea restaurant 5 min walk. And perfect for visiting Tuscany. Recommended!

Massimiliano's place is located on the picturesque Vagli lake. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the lake. The house equipped with everything you need and was sparkling clean. The hosts were very friendly and committed to our well-being. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back :-)!

Jacopo made it easy for us to arrive with description and photos, which would not have worked out so well only after the navigation. The house is very tastefully decorated and offers a beautiful view of the sea and lake. Parking is a few meters from the house and was sufficient for our two motorcycles. Since we also had a rainy day, it was an advantage that there is Google TV and we were also able to receive German TV. The path to Montemagno is only about 1 km and you will find several options for a good dinner. We highly recommend the house and the hosts!

We stayed with Marco with our 3 children and it was super relaxing and especially because of the fantastic pool a particularly nice holiday. The house is very spacious, the garden is large. The area is very varied and beautiful, the location is great. The supermarket is within walking distance, the small village center very cozy and typical. You can drive 5 minutes to the beach. Marco is a very friendly and accommodating host.

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and they took care of all our concerns. The view on the terrace is amazing. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also no problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you travel with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, we were 7th and made a single room out of a room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

Simone is a great host, friendly welcome, took us to the house, explained everything and was always available if there was a problem. The terrace overlooking the bay of La Spezia is spectacular, but this is the reason to book the house. The house itself is a bit outdated and you have to make a few compromises or in a positive sense, it is an older villa with special flair.

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!

Lorenzo and Benedetta were wonderful hosts! They were very kindly and welcomed us warmly. The house is a real gem and truly unique. It feels like a movie set. The view is simply wonderful and especially the outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook together. And we also found the bedrooms very comfortable. Only the driveway to the house is very adventurous. Since we did not read the description before, we arrived with an inappropriate car and first needed practice on the ascent and descent. Otherwise, all thumbs up and five stars for Lorenzo as a host and Villa il Grillo as a vacation accommodation.

Matteo’s Airbnb was great. It had everything our family needed to be comfortable for the week. The view is unbelievable and the walk to town is was a beautiful 15/20 min stroll. Matteo was always quick to reply if I had any questions. He is a great host. The outdoor space is also top notch it was wonderful to wake up to some coffee and the view. We definitely will be coming back to stay here. Thanks for having us !!!

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect and the surrounding area is incredible. We did not want to leave.

The house is adorable and lovingly designed and furnished. It has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Pisa, Lucca and Florence are easy from the property. There are ways to walk in the surrounding area and you can eat well in the village.
