Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Forte dei Marmi

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

great stay in capezzano really calle and relaxing . everything is convenient in this really large space is functional. quite a few things to do nearby. pise 30 minutes ,beach and beachfront 5 minutes away . i really recommend it for a weekend or a holiday with family and friends . Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was great! The place is very quiet and the sea is easy to reach. You can also get to Pisa or Florence quickly. The place was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful items. Even an ironing board. Communication was wonderful and very friendly at all times. We definitely recommend!!!

Fabio's apartment is great. It has two very nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom(with very nice LEDs). The room is superb with a beautiful decoration and the small balconies very pleasant. There is a very convenient garage to park your vehicle. The accommodation is located close to major roads to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Pisa... and is just a stone's throw from the seaside. In short, this rental is perfect and communication with Fabio is easy and efficient. He was very kind to welcome us and flexible. We will keep a very good memory of it. You can rent without a second thought.

We sincerely thank Giulia for hosting us and for her kindness. She recommended places to see and gave us clear explanations on the path to get to Spezia Miglianira train station. We really enjoyed her place because it is very spacious with a master suite and 2 bathrooms/wc. It is very well equipped, clean and its large terrace allowed us to enjoy sunny days. The neighborhood is quiet. No problem parking and being able to walk to the station is a real asset. Our 2 night stay to visit the Cinque Terre was a success.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…
