The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house there is free wifi, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, good with storage, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette as well as an espresso machine. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

Walking distance to train station with superb communications as well as excellent bike paths into Malmö. Just outside the residence there is also a bus stop where you can easily take you into Malmö via bus. It's a perfect base for recharging the batteries. The space has what you need to feel at home as a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and comfortable workspaces for those traveling for work

Your own 30sqm house with kitchen, sauna and loft.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a second queen size bed. The guest house is close to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle OF the city. it's very close to Södervärns bus station and the restaurant life of the mill. It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on the 5th of August 2024 I am going on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.
