Despite their proximity, the place remains very quiet as it is located at the bottom of a querreux. You will be a 5-minute walk from the main beach opposite Fort Boyard, and the free parking at Fort Vauban and the coastal path. You can visit many sites (La Rochelle, Rochefort, islands...

The 105 m² house is composed of 2 levels. - A low level with 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 cm and a dormitory with 4 single beds divided into 2 bunk beds), a shower room and a toilet, all with independent access to the garden. - A high level with a living room/dining room overlooking a bright kitchen, and 1 master bedroom with toilet + shower room.
