A wonderful stay at the gorgeous Forge! The interior design is stunning, immaculately clean and very cosy. David was really helpful and responsive in answering any questions and recommending some great dog walks. The Forge is located in a lovely little village, very peaceful yet convenient for visits to Mells, Frome and Bath. Thank you so much for a lovely few days!

Truly a super cozy, lovely and homey place. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. It was very close to the centre and the location was spot on. Absolutely a hidden gem. Karen & Claire were super responsive and helpful, and we couldn't be more thankful. I highly recommend, we completely understand now why this place had such high ratings!

I had the most amazing stay at le shed recovering from surgery and escaping life. Jane could not have been more welcoming or supportive with her magical breakfast fairy deliveries. Every minute detail has been thought of from hot water bottles, endless wood for fires, slippers and dog treats. It is a beautiful place to stay for some R+R. I can’t wait to return. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Maggie and Rob's beautiful thatched cottage in Mells. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and constantly found ourselves wishing we were there longer. The village is beautiful, welcoming and very walkable, with discoveries and gorgeous scenes around every corner. All the locals are very friendly, and the staff at The Talbot made us feel right at home too. Mells is a brilliant location for exploring the region - many great towns and sights are within easy drives. We particularly loved Shaftesbury, Wells, Bath and Bradford on Avon, amongst many others.
