Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Our apartment with 78 square meters is newly renovated and fully equipped. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.
