Monthly Rentals in Franklin

This is one of my favorite AirBNB stays! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The photos do not do it justice. It is evident that Lauren poured much effort into the details here, and procured beautiful pieces to make this place the magical spot that it is. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh coffee. The attention to detail was remarkable, they even provided candles. This place was romantic, charming and welcoming. The historic home immediately drew you into the deep south and created an authentic feeling of the bayou. We loved rocking on the porch and listening to the peepers as the breeze blew the Spanish moss in the trees. Right down to the bedding, and quilts, this place was thoughtfully appointed. It is the opposite of a generic and sterile hotel. For travelers who appreciate energy, magic and creating an experience - this is the spot for you! We loved the wildlife, too!

Great house and location. We visited during Mardi Gras and the house is close to parade routes. Loved it and we will be back!

Definitely recommend this place. Beautiful furniture, clean, excellent communication with host, perfect location. Beautiful views from the porch would definitely stay here again.
