The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße.
