Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The approx. 70 sqm large, bright and stylish apartment in an artistically designed former farm, located between Bienwald and Southern Wine Route, offers 2 (max. 3) people relaxation in rural tranquility, inspiration in a region steeped in history and nearby Alsace, sporting incentives (ideal cycling routes and hiking trails, forest swimming pool in about 5 km, thermal bath about 10 km away), ideal starting point for typical Palatinate sensory delights in the surrounding wine villages.

Wellness oasis in the hiking/bicycle paradise of the Southern Palatinate

Moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essplatz, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett sowie einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The little extra, a nice balcony. And for cyclists a locked room A functional and comfortable cocoon to stay in.

Historic half-timbered house from 1717

You will stay in a historic half-timbered house from 1717. The house is part of a listed farm, consisting of the advertised main building, stables, barn, garden, courtyard with large gate, as well as an annex also advertised as a vacation home. The farm is located in a small community in the beautiful Southern Palatinate - we are happy to accommodate you as our guests. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

Cozy apartment in a former winemaker's house

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
