Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The terrace is large and surrounded by a fenced garden - suitable for dogs and children. The garden has gone into the woods with paths that are regularly beaten. The house is heated with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the cottage and 10 minutes away is restaurant Tinggården. The area is characterized by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance.

Annex in Helsinge overlooking fields and forests

This natural gem is located north of Helsinge in Kongernes Nordsjælland overlooking open fields and forests. It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. We have separate electricity meters, so you will be charged according to the daily rates found at other public charging stations.

Here is everything you need if you want to disconnect and enjoy nature, and take a trip to Liseleje, and one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. In the house there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump. There are also charging stations if you come in an electric car. Definitely a must-see home.

Lovely guesthouse located 4 km north of Frederiksværk, with 2 km to the beach in Líseleje, a traditional seaside resort offering many activities and restaurants. It's 5 minutes to the protected dune and heather area of Melby exaggerated, with a great nature for great experiences, with lots of hiking, running, and biking routes. Get min. walking distance to many great eateries for every taste. There are electric kettle hot plates so you can make a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate after a great trip.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy house for 2 people

Relax in this unique and quiet home close to the forest and about 3km biking distance to beach. The house has a sleeping area, which can be 2 single beds or a double bed, dining and cozy area, kitchen, bathroom heater 60l and patio. There is easy access to the forest with lovely walks, mushroom walks, runs and 25 km of marked mountain biking trails. Spar grocery store is about 400m away and there are buses close by. This is a NON smoking home. 🚭

Hornbæk - two minutes from Hornbæk Plantage

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a two-minute walk to Hornbæk Plantage. It is a dog forest and it only takes 10 minutes to walk down to the coast. Dogs are welcome, but we are old school and do not accept dogs in the bed, chair, sofa and other furniture. Your dog must be able to sleep on the floor and we are happy to provide a dog bed.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
