Cozy, year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with a large, bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outside. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and a tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property, there is a playhouse for the children. There is wireless internet (fibre network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset har en lækker udsigt fra toppen, solen skinner på den vestvendte terasse. Haven er "vild". I haven er der trampolin og bålsted og plads til leg og solbadning. 5 min gang til Roskilde Fjord, som er er perfekt til børneleg og andre vandaktiviteter. Gæster forventes at gøre huset rent inden der tjekkes ud.
