Cozy year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property there is a playhouse and sandpiles for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The property is situated adjacent to a large forested area with opportunities for great walking and bicycling - a truly fantastic natural environment. Kattagat, the body of water, ocean with beaches is located north through the forest, a mere 2 km and has some of the best opportunities for swimming in Denmark. To reach the beaches one can bike or alternatively go by auto. The summer house is on a large pristine lot and the area is very quiet.

Suited for a romantic getaway.
