This charming cottage is clean and comfortable. Nice beds and pristine linens. New furnishings and appliances. Kelly is a great host who responds quickly and provided clear and easy access instructions. The town is very quiet and a beautiful drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Kippling's place was a great experience. Even though my family and I were only there one night, we enjoyed seeing their horses and spending time on their beautiful property. The home was well stocked, very clean, and super family friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

A perfect quiet spot for a relaxing evening along our journey. Clean, well equipped and private. Nice space for our dogs to stretch their legs.

We have stayed here on many occasions and, have enjoyed it every time. Chestnut Place is always our first choice when staying in the area. Mrs. Renee always has everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable; very quiet & relaxing. Also, if you're interested in a day out for a nice lunch, shopping, entertainment, etc... Paducah is just a short drive away.
