In the middle of the city centre, 4th floor, access right out on the waterfront promenade with restaurants and nightlife. The footbridge over to Kråkerøy and the city ferry are a few meters from the door. The apartment overlooks the square and the river, and is located in the middle of the city's two shopping centres, Værstetorvet and Torvbyen. Spacious open living room/dining room/kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms and TV room provide plenty of space for meetings, guests, or extra accommodation for children. Pets allowed. Access to the elevator in the neighboring building but some steps between the buildings.

Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.

Innenfor en halv time finnes, Halden 18km, Rakkestad 18 km, Rudskogen motorsport 16 km. Oslo 110 km og Svinesund 30km

The house has sea views from the windows and nice patios. 5.5 km to the center of Fredrikstad about 20 min by bike. There is also a ferry rental 800 meters from the house, with a free ferry that can take you to Kråkerøy, Centrum and Gamlebyen 3 times an hour. About 10 min walk from the house.
