Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Guest Suite is a bijou, self contained part of 200yr old Heather Cottage in the quiet village of Shirwell. It consists of a small bedsit, a bathroom and kitchenette. The nearest shops/pubs are a 10 min drive. There is off-road parking adjacent to your entrance; space to hang wet suits & store surf boards; secure storage for bikes (+ garden access by arrangement.) 10 mins from Barnstaple amenities and easy reach of the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

Hang Five is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe attached to our family home in Braunton, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and seperate lounge with kitchenette and dining area. Braunton hosts a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, takeaways and a range of local shops. It's the gateway to North Devon's famous surfing beaches, with Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe 10-20 minutes drive.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!
