We stayed during winter time and enjoyed Arenda‘s and Klaas‘ cozy place very much! The big main room was perfect for our group of 8 people to spend time together, do some cooking etc. The hosts were super friendly at all times caring about our wellbeing! We even had the chance to see Klaas feeding the Alpacas 😁 Overall, we can highly recommend the cottage!

We had beautiful days in Sandra's apartment. The area is wonderfully quiet, great for getting down and unwinding. The communication was great. If time allows, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Erwin and Joan’s place, communication was excellent, the house lovely and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. We had great recommendations for restaurants from Erwin and he was very accommodating with our departure time. From the house you can reach Amsterdam Centraal Station within 30 minutes which is really worth it, given how expensive it is to stay in the centre of Amsterdam these days. Would definitely use again, thank you for a lovely stay :)

This lovely place has reminded us how simple ‘a wonderful life’ can be. The cozy heater in the bohemian tiny house, the beautiful garden with flowering apple and pear trees, the sweet and some uncertain old dogs, and the warm, reachable host and her husband provided a stay that felt like a hug; just what we needed!

As a small family with a three and a half year old child, we had seven nights at the Polder72. The place is exactly as described, you will find a lot of care and playgrounds for babies, to infants, to younger elementary school children. From the staircase to the folding bathtub to the wagon and toys for various interests, everything is there. I really loved that. All three of us slept very well, the apartment is bright and cozy, which was not unimportant especially with stormy winter days. Timo even provided the contents of a package for us upon our arrival, great! Thank you for this and for the lovingly managed polder. We will be back! (then in summer if the weather is a little better;-) . PS: General tip for winter travelers- with us, everything was closed for indoor children, as well as - low season - a lot of cafes and restaurants. Please plan for this to avoid disappointment. Otherwise: nice stay!

The converted barn is a dream! For us (family with three adult children), the combination of spacious rooms with bathrooms plus large yet cozy common rooms was particularly well suited. The common room is much cozier than it looks on the photos. But we can also imagine booking only one of the rooms on our own, Blök and Muh also have their own small kitchenette if you don't want to use the common room with the large kitchen. Tanja responded super quickly and always friendly to requests. Recommended at any time!

Dennis received us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us. With the bathroom you have to be a little careful as you have to go a high step. But otherwise a nice accommodation for 2 people with practical amenities. Egmond-Binnen is a few minutes' walk away, as is a supermarket. Be sure to eat an ice cream in the ice cream parlor in Indoor! Egmond by the sea is easy to get to by bike or car. A beautiful weekend with a fantastic view of the colorful tulip field.

As a couple, we checked in with Ute and Klaus in the apartment Emma for a week. Great, modern, clean and very spacious apartment with everything you need. Ute and Klaus are excellent hosts who were always responsive and helpful. In addition, the daily bread service was brilliant! Unreservedly recommended! The surroundings are ideal for cycling and sightseeing. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Ronald & Anita’s little house next door. We felt at home the moment we stepped through the door. It had a beautiful atmosphere, very cozy, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. We would recommend it to anyone who loves a quiet getaway and the chance to listen to the stillness of nature. We even saw a family of reindeer in the field right in front of the house! We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you very much!

We were greeted extremely friendly and personally and felt very welcome at the small estate of Martina and Christian. Not only do you live in a very stylish and cute apartment, but you can also make yourself comfortable in the large fireplace room and also benefits from a large, beautiful terrain with diverse perspectives. And the location is just amazing: the meadows, fields, the moor and the coast: everything at your doorstep! A pearl!

We felt completely comfortable. The location, the big house and surroundings were really very nice. The fascination with the landing planes did not deteriorate. Everything was there in the house - it was perfectly equipped. With eight people, we could each choose a room and also in the bathrooms we did not get into the enclosure. The weather invited us to sit outside, unfortunately we were missing seating for it. Thank you for the attentions on each pillow and the basket of nice treats. ❤️ We will be happy to come back!

Great place with a lot of love for detail, even the kitchen is well equipped. Super location and perfect starting point for day trips in the area…Sylt, Föhr, Denmark. In addition, simply cozy and to feel good, very happy to come back 🧡

The place was a dream. I haven't had such a great place to stay in a long time. Clean, quiet, cozy, nicely located, easy to park. In addition, warm communication... always happy to come back.:)

It is a great cottage, located behind the house of Nynke and Johannes. There are 2 sweet dogs and 6 cozy chickens. The fresh eggs were already in a basket ready in the kitchen. We were allowed to come earlier and stay a little longer because there were no guests before and after us. Very attentive. The stay is cozily furnished, good beds, everything clean and tidy. A beautiful garden, with its own seating area (sofa, table and dining table with chairs) and cozy lights. The kitchen is fully equipped from potato paring knife to salt. Bedding made up beds and towels are provided. All in all a nice place that we can recommend to everyone.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was cozy and very clean. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a 5–8 minute walk to the railway station, which made getting around super convenient. The location itself is amazing — quiet, safe, and close to everything. The host was incredibly thoughtful and had all the tourist information ready for us, including maps and details about local attractions. Everything inside the house matched exactly as listed in the ad, which was a big plus. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Judith and Mark were consummate hosts who warmly welcomed us. Judith provided fresh flowers throughout the house, welcome pastries and home-made jam. The house was so much like home that the fully equipped kitchen inspired us not only to cook every day but also to bake, using cookbooks from the kitchen shelves. The surroundings are peaceful and private as described, with beautiful gardens, attracting birds and butterflies. The area is great for long walks. The house is a bucolic retreat to the countryside, a great place to recharge.

The apartment in the old farmhouse is really nice, with old furniture, good amenities, beautiful half-timbering. The hosts even adjusted the heating for us, so we really felt comfortable. And there was sparkling wine for New Year's Eve. Great hospitality. Thanks!

The apartment is the ideal base for exploring the tulip route in the Northeast Polder. Henny took us on an impressive tour of the modern cowshed. I will miss the view from the living room into the countryside and the sociable farm dog.

A squirrel you see running by and including the tree. Horses and donkeys that come to greet you in the morning. Had a very nice stay with my girlfriend and son in a spacious and special accommodation that is equipped with all comforts. The hostess and host are helpful and very friendly. We'd love to come back!
