It was really great, incredibly nice, committed people. Welcoming, entrepreneurial, approachable and everything to give you a nice stay. The breakfast with homemade products was a very tasty surprise!

Our stay at this beautiful, idyllic farmhouse was just perfect. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The breakfast was a dream, lovingly prepared and incredibly delicious with love for details. Johan and Imi were very friendly, attentive and always there for us. It was a real pleasure to be here, we would have preferred to stay longer. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Johan is a very friendly host who is available to support guests. The place is really nice and matches the photos - the kids enjoyed the accommodation of the beds, which is really nice. We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

Rented Edwin's place in April for a few days. Edwin was always available and ever so helpful. Next to that, the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great host, beautiful place!

Short but sweet! Annie responds quickly and is very helpful. Cottage is beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Nice sitting in the back of the koi pond. Great stay!

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

Very welcoming family, they really care about this place and guests. You can chat a bit, take recommendations, ask for assistance with stuff like parking options around or second sheets and it’s all with respect to guests privacy and headspace so even if you’re introverted like myself you can still experience Dutch friendly vibe without being overwhelmed. Walking distance from busy streets but in peaceful neighbourhood makes this place such a gem.

We had booked the place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Cathie was very nice and helpful and the place was wonderful as well. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a weekend. The breakfast were quite good as well Mayank

We were two for 2 nights there. The reception was very warm and friendly. The bikes available were a great way to go for a cozy evening lap or to be able to shop in less than 20 minutes. With our car, we drove to Zandvoort to the sea in just under 1 hour. It was incredibly relaxing and the area is very nice.

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

So glad we found this gem. It was perfect for 3 women visiting a friend who lives around the corner. Very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast, coffee, and snacks were just what we needed to start our day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home while visiting Amsterdam.

Remote enough to be peaceful. Close enough to access everything we needed. Plenty of room, careful attention to detail, a lot of unexpected bonuses like food, wine, spa elements, etc. Very comfortable and easy. Ina was very gracious and we had no issues.

We had a great time at Anton's place. The apartment is identical to the photos, the bed comfortable. There is a lot of kitchen equipment and utensils. Anton and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very kind and attentive it shows that they like to host. The added bonus is the breakfast which was very good and hearty. I am super happy to have taken this apartment. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage in a farm house. The bed is extremely comfortable, pictures don't do the place justice, the interior is very cozy and charming. Host is very kind and the place feels home. Shops are walking distance, and the house is located opposite the canal, sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from the house. Nice area to relax and unwind - away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the villagers are friendly.

A lovely room! On the outskirts of the forest and walking distance to the beach. Heerliik is quietly located . The room is spacious with nice ambient lighting. There's a table with lovely chairs. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

It was great, we service, great bed, very clean and all the good stuff. The location was lovely especially because it is very still I around but still a 5 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast was awesome and the end was very lots of choices. My wife and I were super polite and very respectful. The best part was when they gave us Easter eggs as a gift;). But the bathroom was also rose clean and beautiful. The beds were really beautiful and we were very comfortable there. I have nothing bad to say about the place because it is 100% worth it and I would really recommend.

Small but super cozy and functionally furnished room overlooking the unobstructed nature. Location right behind the dyke in a former village church. In the morning, a delicious breakfast awaited us in the landlord's living room. We will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant time at Simone's place. The accommodation was very nice, close to transportation and not too far from the train station. Having our little independence within the accommodation allowed us to wander our activities without fear. A very comfortable accommodation and very warm hosts with many tips and recommendations. We had a fabulous time at Monique’s place. The view across to the windmills of Zaanse Schans was a real highlight, right up there with the breakfasts. We were unaware that the day after our arrival was King’s Day but Monique very kindly looked up the public transport timetable for us which ensured our trip into Amsterdam to join pre-booked tours went without a hitch. Monique’s checkout flexibility also allowed a second visit to Zaanse Schans which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Monique, staying with you was a wonderful end to our travels.

Accommodation is nice and central on the island. The spaces were spotlessly clean. And the hostess super hospitable.
