Vacation rentals with breakfast in Frisia

It was really great, incredibly nice, committed people. Welcoming, entrepreneurial, approachable and everything to give you a nice stay. The breakfast with homemade products was a very tasty surprise!

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb mountain we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit of Kitty and Erik in every room, every item we loved. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for what's special - just like we are! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make yourself a plentiful first breakfast and more. The stairs up are very steep, but well secured, and our 70-year-old joints were also quick to get out. We really enjoyed these days and it was like coming home every time. Thanks for everything! A very nice location with lots of space. All provisions are within walking distance nearby. The space is very spacious. It has a very authentic and elitist look by the lion style. You can feel like a king in a castle. I was in the room that also allowed pets. My cats loved it. Constans is also a very nice and accessible host.

Joost’s apartment is calm, cozy, and very comfortable - a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfasts were delicious, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. It’s a great spot if you want to feel the local vibe, and it's conveniently located just 20 minutes from the city center. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

Rented Edwin's place in April for a few days. Edwin was always available and ever so helpful. Next to that, the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great host, beautiful place!

It's a nice and tiny house. Well decorated. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Annie was very responsive and helpful. If you find this house available, do not miss it.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

Cathies is a very friendly hostess, her place is wonderfully quiet - ideal for a getaway. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. It is the ideal base for exploring the surroundings. Thank you!

Lovely Airbnb in an idyllic setting with wonderful hosts! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay for 4 nights. Everything is exactly as the photos and Andrea goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. Easily connected to the city center by train. We work remotely and we had a great workspace and very fast internet which was exactly what we needed. We loved the setting in nature and enjoyed waking up to the birds chirping. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Super nice loft that invites you to relax! Very modern and cozy. Very private and super nice hostess. Sauna and hot tub complete it all. The cherry on the cream cone is Jitske's fresh breakfast prepared in the morning. We will be happy to come back!

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

We had a wonderful time at Maarten and Malo’s home. could not ask for a better location and nicer people. They were very responsive and caring. It felt like staying at some old friends place. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend them.

A lovely room! On the outskirts of the forest and walking distance to the beach. Heerliik is quietly located . The room is spacious with nice ambient lighting. There's a table with lovely chairs. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

It was fine to stay with Adrie and Rita. Nice room and Bathroom. Everything well taken care of with a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended and subject to repetition.

It is a special place that is run with a lot of love, in the middle of nature where Fuchs and Has' say good night. We slept in the lower room. The breakfast in Saskia's kitchen /living room was prepared with a lot of love,even freshly squeezed orange juice ❤️The rooms are exceptional and special. We had our bikes with us and discovered many beautiful spots on earth in the area (Hoorn❤️) Thanks for the nice break. 💐💫Best regards, Sabine and Hartmut

We had a fabulous time at Monique’s place. The view across to the windmills of Zaanse Schans was a real highlight, right up there with the breakfasts. We were unaware that the day after our arrival was King’s Day but Monique very kindly looked up the public transport timetable for us which ensured our trip into Amsterdam to join pre-booked tours went without a hitch. Monique’s checkout flexibility also allowed a second visit to Zaanse Schans which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Monique, staying with you was a wonderful end to our travels.

Accommodation is nice and central on the island. The spaces were spotlessly clean. And the hostess super hospitable.
