It has been completely remodeled in the last three years. It also has an 8x10 front deck and a 12x16 back deck. There is also a screened in 12x16 outdoor room in the backyard, a park style double grill, and a detached game room. Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Our spacious one-room studio apartment is attached to our home but offers complete privacy. Guests have their own private entrance and parking spot in driveway. The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
