20 minutes from Futuroscope and close to the town center of Vouillé in a quiet and wooded place. L’Orée des Buis is a gite with independent entrance of 46 m² full foot for 2-4 people. In the city center, a 15-minute walk from the train station, it is close to the entire public transport network, shops, restaurants, bars, services, parks and historical sites of the city. This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated former wine cellar (artist's house). In this charming house, you will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to its large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its mezzanine or bedroom beds. In summer, you can also enjoy the terrace equipped with a kitchen with a grill. Access to the heated pool between June and September.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.

Le Lodge du Chêne – Gîte SPA near Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
