敷地６００坪でまるまる一棟貸し古民家

最大１５名宿泊出来る、一棟貸し古民家の他に広い敷地でバーベキュー、キャンプなど楽しめます。 古民家の周囲はとても静かで過ごしやすく星も綺麗に見えます。 お部屋は１階、２階に分かれており、和室、洋室で敷き布団を用意しています。 駐車場は車の大きさにもよりますが、庭に8台〜10台くらいは余裕を持って停める事が出来ます。 宿泊人数ですが、10人を超えると一人当たり追加料金を頂きます。人数を超える場合問い合わせ時にご連絡下さい。 現在はプレオープンという形になり、 完全に庭のリフォームが終わっていなく、気にならない程度で庭に少し荷物がある状態になります。ご了承ください。 又、もし外でバーベキューや椅子、テーブルをご利用でしたらご相談ください。 部屋の中はリフォームしたばかりで、とても綺麗です。 又、ビールサーバーをオプションで用意しており、サッポロ生ビール(10リットル樽)がありますので、必要でしたら問い合わせください。 建物内は禁煙になります。 建物の外で喫煙お願い致します。 春は綺麗な桜が咲き、縁側から見る事が出来ます。 カムイ御坂スキー場まで5分 河口湖まで15分

Fuji from the wide window at a bright time of day。 We are also licensed to operate an inn business。

I would like to lend this house to foreign tourists who are interested in Japanese life and culture. There are many supermarkets, convenience stores and Japanese restaurants in the neighborhood. Isawa's English map with my recommendations is available. Isawa-onsen station has direct bus service to KAWAGCHI-KO, so my house will be an ideal base to climb Mt.FUJI.

Fuji. *It's very suburb, and there is no taxi and Uber is unavailable, so you need a car to come and sightseen.(You need an international driver license to rent a car in Japan) There are livestock farms around the house.
